These terms cover your use of JobStein.io, operated by One Stop Assist. Using the site means you accept them.
What the service is
JobStein.io compares a resume against a job posting and returns a match score, a list of terms the posting uses that your resume does not, and suggested rewrites of weak lines. Paid plans add a downloadable file, a cover letter draft, interview preparation, and bulk comparison.
What the service is not
It is not a guarantee of an interview, an offer, or any outcome. Hiring decisions are made by people and systems we have no access to and no influence over. Nobody can promise you a job, and anyone who does is lying to you.
It is not legal, immigration or career advice.
It is not a human review. Paid resume writing by a person is a separate service offered by OSA at onestopassist.com.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
Everything on your resume must be true. Our rewrites restructure what you have written, they do not invent achievements, and where a line needs a figure we mark it and ask you for it. If you insert numbers that are not real, that is on you, and it is a bad idea for reasons that have nothing to do with us.
Only upload a resume that is yours, or one you have permission to work on.
Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or resell access to it.
Accuracy
The reports are generated by an AI model. They are useful and they are often right, but they are not infallible. Read every suggestion before you use it. You are responsible for what you send to an employer.
Payment
Plans are billed weekly, monthly or yearly in advance depending on which you choose. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation stops the next payment. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices may change. Existing subscribers get notice before a change affects them.
Refunds
See the refund policy at /refunds. Short version: seven days, no questions asked.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The AI providers we depend on occasionally go down and we cannot control that.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and if we do we will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for jobs you did not get, offers you did not receive, or decisions you made after reading a report.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which One Stop Assist is registered.
